Yay for Giveaway Week Day 4! Today I have Elizabeth from Sew Chatty - another Twitter friend and someone I'll finally get to meet in person at Creative Estates. I can't wait!

Hi there! So glad to be visiting you all today! Sew Chatty {the blog} is where I "chat" about lots of things like sewing and crafting, the happenings of my little family, my shop, everyday life stuff, and how I manage to keep sane in the midst of all the chaos! I am blessed to live in sunny southern CA. I am married to an awesome guy...10 years! And have a sweet little boy who is 6 years old whom I commonly refer to as Little Man. Little Man has mild autism so working from home is a major blessing to our family. 

I have an Etsy shop called Sew Chatty which allows me to foster my creativity. I started the shop in January of 2010. After having just made all of our Christmas gifts to give to friends and family, I had a lot of feedback from people saying I should sell some of my creations. Our budget has been tight with just one income so I thought, hey why not give it a shot! And here I am. I am pleased to say that the shop is doing well! I am truly learning as I go, but it's been so rewarding and I am loving the the opportunity to create. In my shop you'll find lots of handmade things for home, for baby, and just for fun! It is definitely a struggle to balance the business with home and all of the things that make my life so busy, but I am so blessed to be doing what I love. I am coming up with new ideas all the time so check the blog (and the shop) often for what's coming next! You can also follow all the Sew Chatty happenings on Facebook and Twitter. Just click the icons on my homepage!
