I got this dress at Target a few weeks ago for just $10 and it's quickly become a favorite. The outside is made of tulle (ruffles!!! gotta love ruffles) and it's super feminine. I find myself constantly touching the ruffles of tulle at the bottom. The jeans are also from Target, boots from Not Rated via endless.com, sweater from Kohl's and necklace from my shop (this, this, this and this). The belt I made using this tutorial here on my blog.
