One thing I try really hard to do well is customer service. I'm very proud to say that I try to resolve issues very quickly and to the customer's satisfaction. Luckily (hope I don't jinx myself) I've had few customers with issues. Most have been very gracious in leaving awesome feedback for my Etsy shop. You can read the comments that people have left here.
