Apparently my pregnant belly is hillarious

Yesterday my darling 2 1/2 year old daughter walked in just as I was getting out of the shower. The first thing she did when she came in was look at my belly and laugh. I asked her, "what's so funny?" and she replied, "your belly!" It was the funniest and most humbling thing she could have said. I guess a 7-months-pregnant belly is really funny to a toddler. My wonderful husband reminded me that it was much better than her laughing at my behind - huh.

New Key to my Heart Necklace

A wonderful customer commissioned me to make a necklace like this for her. We exchanged emails back and forth until we got it just right. Prayers for the Chapman Family

Steven Curtis Chapman is Dave's favorite Christian artist. We saw him a few years ago in concert and it was the best concert we've been to. Last night his daughter tragically died in a freak car accident involving one of their sons. Please remember to keep them in your prayers and especially for the son who was involved, I can't even imagine what he must be going through right now. New Labels for my Boxes & Bags

I just designed some new sticker labels for my boxes and bags. What do you think? I think they're very cute and they're great for adhering a ribbon to the box. I'm thinking of offering them online as well (customized with their logo and shop addrdss) but it's totally different from what I'm doing now so I don't know if that's a good idea or not. Any thoughts out there?

I hope everyone had a great Mother's Day! We had both of our families over, 19 people in our small kitchen and Family Room. It was packed, but a lot of fun. We played Pit (so loud!!) and Euchre. I hope you all enjoyed your Mother's Day!

New keychains and stamps

I just posted some new key chains on etsy and my website. Customize the disk with names or words of your choice and add some birthstone dangles! The best part is that everything is sterling silver except for the key chain, so you can take them off and add them to a sterling chain in the future if you want!

I also just received some new stamps! I now have an awareness ribbon (think breast cancer ribbon), fleur de lis shape and HUGE 1/4" letter stamps. I'll post some items using these stamps soon!

Baby Update

I just realized that I never posted a baby update after my first announcement of being pregnant. I'm 6 months along now, my due date is August 4th, and it's a BOY! So we'll have one of each and we are so excited. So far everything is going well, the ultrasound was "as normal as it can be" according to the ultrasound tech. We're still trying to sell our house and get something with one additional bedroom to accommodate the kiddo's and my business so if you pray, please pray for us!
